Learning outcomes

On successful completion of this subject, students will be able to:

Critically evaluate and mitigate emerging financial risks posed by sustainability issues and assess how they align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Explain how the principles of the UN SDGs impact the financial decision-making process.
3.
Evaluate and select appropriate financial instruments to fund companies and projects that address the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
4.
Apply professional judgement to propose solutions to problems in diverse contexts using economic, finance, regulatory and ethical perspectives.
5.
Develop effective collaborative communication with others in order to achieve outputs relevant to socially responsible finance.
